Nice dessert shop located on the southwest side of Jonesboro. It serves frozen custard and a few other treats. They have seasonal flavors and they have a menu of standard flavors that they can mix into most treats that are ordered. The menu can get a bit pricey but you get a lot for what you pay. The small sizes are usually enough for most and if you add in toppings or a seasonal treat it should make a good dessert. Overall, not a bad place to get something sweet to eat.

No complaints on good how good the frozen custard is. My concern is I am a regular through the drive through and after I ordered I realized I did not have my wallet with me that contains my credit card and driver license. I did have on my phone the wallet app which did have my credit card on file with my name on it. My phone also has my insurance card, copy of my drivers license, you get the picture I have all types of sources of identification in my phone with my name on it. Also the individual at the window you will give them your phone number and when they enter the information they will have your name. My concern is I tried to pay with my credit card information from my wallet app and I was told ANYONE can this get this information and use. My interpretation was I stole this card and would spend $7 on frozen custard. Where I work, I take credit card information over the phone on a regular basis from customers and never make the customer feel like they had stolen the credit information from someone else to use to purchase an item. I was told you “understand”. My reply is “No I do not understand”.

Great treats. Occasionally have a bit less friendly customer service at the window compared to in the past, but only on occasion. Still a favorite place to satisfy a sweet tooth.

Mmmm! Super delicious! I only want ice cream parlor butter pecan yogurt ice cream now! ...and am I the only one who didn't know that it's butterscotch flavor with pecans added?Great service with a smile. Well managed order-taking system. Serving size more than reasonable. I am a fan!

My children and I went to Andy's yesterday for the first time. We ordered Rootbeer Float, strawberry short cake sunde, turtle sunde, and vanilla milk shake. The strewberry short cake sunde and turtle sunde was melted and looked watered down. I should have taken a picture, but I was driving. While my children were eating their ice cream, they began to feel sick. They vomited in my car, I think we got a bad batch of ice cream.
