“Called, was told to order on line. Online checkout said “unable to process, try later” . Went there, explained. No reaction….does ANYONE understand the power of customer service? I’m sure no one ever explained to the young lady how to be gracious to an irritated customer.“
“We were amazed with the quality and design of the cakes’ exteriors. Equally we were impressed with the taste of our cakes: pistachio for the small cake, lemon on the top tier, and vanilla for the bottom tier. The buttercream icing was delicious as well. We highly recommend Abby Cakes and will be using them again on the future.“
“We have eaten at this chain cupcake restaurant many times and it is often good. The wedding cake or strawberry varieties are favorites. During their more popular times they can run out of certain flavors. There are also seasonal flavors too. I have not had a bad experience here yet and would go again.“
“her work is cute but she is not dependable. The fist order I had with her was great and she communicated well with me and made me a custom cake that was cute but all the other interactions with her after were a little off. all together i have ordered from her 3 times and my roommate has ordered once. she is hard to get ahold of, sometimes she doesn’t even make the order. my best friend ordered a cake and cookies for my birthday and she made the cookies but not the cake and the cookies had plastic left on them from the images that she transom them. my child chocked on one. any time i have messaged her the last few time there has just been no response.“
