Fantastic broth and the best pork chasu I've ever had, and I've been to Japan 3 times lol. They are very generous with it and it has a fantastic char. I've only tried the spicy tonkotsu because it's so dang good I can't order anything else yet. Solid 4 out of 4. Portion sizes are large for the broth and noodles. I just wish there was a little more meat and veggies. Prices seem a little steep for ramen, beef and veggies but that comes with inflation.

We love Hokkaido! The food is delicious. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is super friendly and attentive.You definitely get your money worth in food.My favorite is the Miso Ramen.
