They don't deserve a star at all. This is the second time we have went on a Sunday after church and there door say drive thru only. This Sunday we pull up with our family as we see ppl eating inside and as soon as we get to the door they come lock the door and put a sign up saying drive thru only. But they had customers in there eating. It was very rude.

They dropped the already old chicken back into the grease in an attempt to make it "fresh." Very chewy, didn't taste good. The lady that works the front is always very nice, but that's who made the sandwich, and I'm sure she knew better than to do what she did. The interior of the restaurant was very dirty. Better luck next time maybe?

Ordered online after calling and asking if I could substitute the fried chicken for grilled due to a dietary restriction. The employee took my name and said they would substitute...it went down hill from there. I went thru the drive-thru and was told to come in to pick up... not a problem. And here is where the show begins. Employee finally arrived at register and never spoke a word, I told employee I was there to pick up order and gave name. Employee could not find my order and ask another female employee. She brought a box and asked me to look into box because she didn't have gloves on. Well... I looked and it was grilled chicken but looked very dry and old. I showed the employee and she stated it looked awful and would have them drop me more chicken that was fresh. A few minutes later she stated that there was nobody in store that was able to cook my chicken... I was dumbfounded but ok... I said I guess just refund me then, it's fine. She explained she couldn't do that either they weren't able and I would need to go on app. I explained I don't have the app.. another employee came up... for the record. His pants were literally belted around his knees, he was ridiculous... anyway... he said the chicken I was given looked that way because it was cooked in the morning and it's now 6pm. Wth!!!I said you literally just admitted to serving me chicken more than 6 to 8 hours old!! Yep... he said . I said I just want my refund, he was talking fast and ignoring me, very rude. Called his boss named Tammy and she also said no refund. But would have them cook me fresh... I explained to her that her employee claimed nobody in the store was able to cook the chicken... the employee ended up walking in back , came back with a 10.00 bill and said here is your money and walked away.... it was insane, rude, just sad. I work in food service, this is EVERYTHING that I train my employees not to be... again I am dumbfounded..Dietary restrictions: CNnot eat fried chicken due to the oil and breading

The lady who took our order was very rude and unprofessional. They got our drink and food order wrong. The chicken was dry. We didn’t get all of the food that we ordered. We didn’t get our sauce. We waited forever for our food. They only gave us 1 fork for 3 mashed potatoes that we didn’t even order. I will never return to a KFC again and I recommend no one else does either.

Visited this fast food, chicken restaurant and I was not impressed. The food that we received seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while and was not fresh. This was after having to wait a while to receive it. The service was not good. The interior was closed to the public and there was not proper signage and we were not notified until trying to enter. It is ok but I would go somewhere else instead of this place in the future.

Rude people, dirty windows , food was not that good , paid $9.00 for two piece meal , to much .I was the only one inside and waited for someone to take my order for five minutes , there was only one type of soda that worked , I said Hi or thank you to three workers and they said nothing, just walked away . I will never be back , O, I been there a few times and ordered the same thing but the price keeps getting higher , again never will I be back . - O. Stars

The kfc taco bell on southwest drive has the rudest people they won't make more food when they run out snd have 6 hours before they close if they do make u a pot pie it don't have any chicken female managers a black lady and a white lady very disrespect and have attitude serving u some days only 2 peopke shoe up to work so the place is open but they say drive thru isn't working and lock the lobby so u can't get food their I won't ever go back to this location something needs to be done about it it's the worst f

Would give it 0 stars if I could. I came through the drive through got a chicken sandwich meal, came with fries nuggets and the sandwich and got a thing of mash potatoes and gravy. EVERYTHING WAS ICE COLD! The fries where sitting there atleast a good 2 hours or so. My sandwich was so damn old there was barely any meat just crisp. I called up there and didn’t get any answer. This place is absolutely the worst KFC there is.
