I got a regular Quarter Pounder when I paid for a Double, and lied and told me the sweet n' sour sauce for the chicken nuggets were in the bag. Not sure what's going on, but getting ripped off is not my idea of customer service.

My husband and I have gone through the drive thru here numerous times for lunch. For the past several months at the least, the people working the windows have just been rude. We are ALWAYS nice to them and I've said several times maybe they're just having a bad day, but I've finally come to the realization, that they are just rude people. We will most likely just go elsewhere in the future

I work for McDonald's and know thats not how you take an order. And she still didn't get it right. Come on now its not that hard to listen. The presenter was the rudest of them all. If you don't like what you doing move around.

We had a simple order, and they had us pull up and wait while they attended other people. Which is not a big deal I understand that it can get busy, but when they finally got our order out (about 15 minutes later) the fries were cold, soggy, and old. We went back around to ask for some replacements, which then took another 20 minutes.

7/24 @ about 8:30... the person who made the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit showed how much they cared about the impact and customer service they provide. It was dang near perfect, if only there would have been a twin sandwich. Five stars out of Five stars. The hash brown was a little grease soggy. It made me think it had been cooked and left under the warmer for a bit too long. The "easy" ice in the drink was missed. With that said, the sandwich couldn't have been better. Seriously!

You had one job and one job only.... Take the order correctly or make the order correctly. I ordered 6 McDouble no ketchup or mustard add shredded lettuce and Mac sauce. They got the no mustard and ketchup correct, but forgot the rest on 4 and 2 had lettuce.
Loved the mcgriddles were fresh and hot have got great back line workers. I know because I worked for Micky D's for a while. Always serve food hot the way you would want to be served. Stay safe everyone.

Horrible food and people I got a number two and a apple pie and it had on the bottom of the box 9:00 am and it was 1:30 pm when I got there and the quarter pounder with cheese was raw and the fries were cold and you couldn't even eat the apple pie it was so hard yuk ????
