I marked slow service but actually, it was no service!!! My first time ever eating at Panera Bread and here is my experience: not one person acknowledged us when we walked in, no one offered to take our order so we had to use a kiosk, I had no idea where the drink cups were, no one told us our order was ready until Elaine got a text, and no one thanked us for coming in. Horrible service, no one acknowledged us at all. Not even hey we are short staffed do you mind ordering through the self kiosk. We ordered, looked around for cups. Finally found them. The tea was sour, never told us our food was ready.
The sad thing is I told my friend who had never been there how great it was, and she is looking at me like wow we could’ve had cooked at home and it would had been better and the atmosphere would had too. It’s so sad, we really use love this...read full review
Ok…so anyone that has known me the past couple years knows I love the coffee here. The DAY TIME crew is absolutely awesome!!! They know me by name and by order as soon as my order comes across the screen from my mobile app, when I come in it is ready and they are always ready to talk.
