Really disappointing lunch today. I was never served my food after waiting for almost an hour. I even noticed that they started to serve customers that ordered after me. Unfortunately. I had to ask for a refund and go back to work with no lunch. Their food is usually good, I just don't recommend them if you have any time constraints.
I frequent this location.
I've tried to be patient.
Tonight, 112-26-23 ,was the worst of many bad visits.
Ordered online at 9:25 pm. Arrived curbside and checked in 9:36 pm.
Sat waiting outside and the staff locked the doors and turned off the lights.
This happened despite being checked in 3 different times via email and the app as well as a nearly empty parking lot.
My wife finally got someone to come to the door at 10:00 pm.
