It's consistently fresh, consistently hot, juicy, exact same amount of heat each time... great sides, cold drinks... This is one of my favorite restaurants. Try it; you won't be disappointed.Parking: There's a downtown parking garage that is free at times but paid at times. Also, there is often free parking on the street, depending on the schedule of events downtown.Kid-friendliness: We've taken our grandson, and seen other kids there quite often.Wheelchair accessibility: The front entrance and lower level are easily accessible and there's a ramp to the upper level as well. “Wings & tenders were crispy and delicious. Had fries & slaw as sides, also delicious. Banana pudding was great, tasted homemade! Only critique was that the wing and dipping sauces were quite runny…but the flavors were definitely spot on and made up for it. Service was friendly and speedy. “This was my first time to try Grill Pollo and was very impressed! I had chips and cheese dip for an appetizer and the three piece chicken dinner for the entree. The chicken is delicious! The owner told me that all the chicken is marinated for 24 hours before it is cooked. The service is very friendly and prompt and the atmosphere is spacious and quiet. Portion size is on the large side so don't worry about leaving hungry.“
