I drive by this food trailer every day and had a craving for BBQ. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with green beans and coleslaw. The second order was ribs with mac and cheese and potato salad. The pulled pork sandwich even though it had a bun would be almost impossible to eat as a sandwich. There was a huge mountain of tender juicy pork topped with sweet sauce.
