“We were driving through Little Rock and wanted to try a local place. The meatloaf was good and the pulled pork was good too(not fatty like some places!). They were out of lots of sides that sounded yummy, like baked squash or cornbread, at 1:30 so get there early if you want to try those. I liked the jalapeño cornbread but my husband wasn't a fan. We both thought the coleslaw was good. It is shredded very fine so if you like some oomph to yours pick a different side. The interior is quaint, ceiling is a bit dusty. The employees were nice too.“
“RailYard is ?????! Food is absolutely delicious! I love the fish sandwich and the cheesesteak quesadilla. They have homemade desserts which are super tasty. Don’t forget about those adult beverages!!! Open mic comedy show on Wednesday and Singo (remix of Bingo) on Thursday is so much fun. The RailYard staff is super friendly and attentive! I feel like family whenever I’m there. My ABSOLUTE FAVORITE place to eat and be merry!!“
“Grabbed a quick snack here during the week. It was after lunch so it wasn't too crowded, too about 5 min for the sandwhich. It is a relatively small sandwhich though and doesn't come with anything else. For $7-8, good amount of turkey, buttery bread, lettuce. I also tried a small apple pie, it was ok but not a reason I'd go. All around, good sandwhich and I'll definitely go back to try something else when I'm around the area.“
“Went here today with my friends for the first time and it was the most amazing experience ever!!!!!! I had the Coach, they had the Ruben and the Lulu and it was all excellent. We were raving about how delicious it all was and the coleslaw was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Loved it so much I bought 16oz to go! We also had the pecan pie and the chocolate pie and I really don’t know if I’ve ever had better pies in my life tbh. The new owner was so kind and gracious. Service was amazing. We cannot say enough how phenomenal it was. I promise you won’t be disappointed if you choose to go (and the horseradish mustard was lit)!!! 12/10 recommend.“
“First of all biting into one of their Burria tacos you get the crunch of a homemade taco shell but not like hard taco shells. Then the seasonings pop in your mouth. You can tell the marinade of the meat is just right and that it has been smoked for hours. The melted cheese, guacamole, and cilantro -if that’s what you get -are in just the right combination. If you haven’t tried their street corn you are missing out. This was like having treasure in a to go box.“
“This place is a hidden gem! I wanted something different for lunch than my usual go to places, so I googled lunch places near me, and thankfully this place showed up at the top of the list, and it was right by me near the airport. When arriving the smell alone will guide you to this amazing place, pretty cool walk up restaurant where you're greeted by a smile and more amazing smells. I went with the pulled pork sandwich with slaw and potato salad... I was going to take a pic, but I couldn't hold myself back from devouring it and not wanting to put it down. Well worth the price, and also worth a drive across the entire county if you're not near the airport, but thankfully I am, and I'll for sure be back!Parking: Gravel lot wrapping around the front and side. Plenty of parking and off a very low traffic road. Easy entry and exit.“
“This is next-level BBQ. This place came highly recommended to me by every local person whom I spoke with for any length of time. Upon the first bite I immediately knew why, and now I'm strongly recommending it to you. The atmosphere & hospitality are spot-on for a great BBQ joint.I'll be back...“
“Wow! I haven’t eaten at a Whole Hog in years (since before they closed down the location in Ft. Smith) but this one definitely delivered on flavor! Portion sizes were HUGE on both meat and the sides. I got the pulled pork Sammy and potato salad and my friend got the pulled pork nachos—he could barely eat HALF of the huge tray! What I love most about Whole Hog is their variety of BBQ sauces. They’re delicious and so flavorful (they have 6!) #5 and #6 are my favorites. We had to wait a bit for our food but I understand that the kitchen was dealing with a lot of call in orders at the time but the wait was well worth it. I’ll be back!“
“I'm not sure where to start. First, I will say it's cash only so come prepared. Or do as we did, and go up to the gas station and use the ATM, worth it. Next. Let's start with the atmosphere. I feel like I just walked into my mom's kitchen and am treated like it, too. They are friendly, matter-of-fact, charismatic neighbors. The locals eating here were sociable and giving us a good conversation. A review from 2004 calls this place "the little place in the woods." And that is the perfect description. It is what some would call a "hole in the wall." It's what I call best damn BBQ I've ever had. I had the pulled pork sandwich. The bbq sauce is savory, sweet with a dash of a spice. The beans. I always wonder why beans are such a big deal. No longer. They were flavorful and delicious! The coleslaw was better than my grandmother's recipe. And now we get to the fried pie. Oh my. I had an out of the world experience. We shared one piece then procedes to order 2 more. The dough was fluffy, flaky, crispy, and soft. All-in-one. We choice not to sprinkle with cinnamon sugar because I'm not a cinnamon person, but I think I would've been a changed woman. I can't wait to come back on a Tuesday for ribs!“
“Today we had a great experience dining at Texas Roadhouse. We only waited maybe 5 minutes were seated and order taken. Less than 10 minutes we had a correct order that was perfectly cooked and were in and out within an hour. Server was excellent.“
“This is some of the best BBQ in Arkansas. I've tried a lot of places but they don't have the variety along with quality like Platinum BBQ. The service matches as well. I had cabbage and greens for the sides and both were seasoned well and cooked amazingly. I also had smoked sausage, beef, beef ribs, oxtail and pork ribs. Now let's be real. The amount of food you get for the price is absolutely worth it! ALL The BBQ WAS SMOKED TREMENDOUSLY AND WAS SOOOO TENDER. If you want good BBQ this is the place to go. They are having smoked lamb next week and I am going.“
“Long Horn Steakhouse offers delicious food with a wide variety of steak options cooked to perfection. The tenderness and flavor of their steaks are definitely worth savoring. The parmesan-crusted lamb chops were perfect. I'm not sure what the cream sauce was but to definitely a good choice. However, the service tends to be slow, which might test your patience. Despite this drawback, the quality of the food makes it a worthwhile dining experience if you're not in a rush. I ordered at about 330 and received my food at about 430.“
“This is one of my favorite places to enjoy a great meal. If you have a taste for some good BBQ or a unique salad, this is one of many locations.Highly recommend for all local and visitors alike!Vegetarian options: Salads are great with or without the choices of meats.Parking: See above.Kid-friendliness: Children may be a little messy but will enjoy the food.Wheelchair accessibility: You will be able to access the dinning room per federal requirements.“
“This food truck is the bomb. I have tasted quite a bit of barbecue here in Arkansas. This one has taken the bone and run with it I can't say that about a lot of places here but if you see this truck stop quickly tell them your favorite blogger sent you this one gets a five-star hands down I will be back. Ask for the honey barbecue sauce scrumptious“
“I found Sim’s on Yelp while looking for a local BBQ place and found a diamond of a place! Greens and corn bread were a great side that I don’t normally see at a BBQ place and they were soooo good! I had their green beans which were also amazing! Normally after I eat those 2 foods my hands and feet are swollen bc of sodium content but I didn’t experience that here which is a great thing! Now to the Chopped BBQ pork. AMAZING! It was very tender, not dry, not crunchy, not fatty. It was cut/chopped to my liking. I am very particular about BBQ sauces. I really only like thick really sweet BBQ sauces. This sauce tasted different from any sauce I have had before. It was thick but it wasn’t runny either. It did have a hint of sweetness but it wasn’t a distinct vinegar taste. I just can’t explain it other than it was delicious and it did not overpower the taste of the meat. I am so excited I found this place. The customer service made me feel like I was just picking up a plate of food at my family’s house. They were just genuinely nice and happy. Oh, and it was not expensive!!! I will more than likely frequent this place weekly!“
“I’ve dined in and done take out. Food is phenom. Service is good. Would like a little more flexibility to mix and match on the menu (for example a 2-meat/side option (they have a 3-meat/side option or a limited 2-meat/side option and a few more sides options). It’s a tiny complaint to an otherwise GREAT BBQ place. I see why they went from a food truck to a brick & mortar store. This place is definitely worth your time and hunger!Parking: If you hit it during a rush parking can be a little difficult.Kid-friendliness: It’s got a “sports” bar, and adult beverages, but it’s very much family oriented.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Nuff said.“
“This is a very clean and spacious location. The menu selection offers ribs, brisket, pulled pork, smash bugers(loose ground beef), and filling sides. This restaurant also offers banana pudding as a dessert option. The food is very flavourful and the meats are tender. The service could be a little more inviting, but they aren't rude at all. I will definitely be back to sample something else from the menu. This visit I enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich with cole slaw on the side and the ranch potato salad. On a previous visit, I enjoyed the 3 meats and two sides. Once the weather permits, there is also outside seating available.“
