Spontaneously stopped in before heading to the airport to fly back home and was craving a protein shake. There are so many options to choose from. Probably spent ten minutes deciding on which one to get. You will find the sweetest owners in the front and they helped me come to a decision after a long awaited time. We even made connections about our previous town we lived in that is halfway across the country. Decided on the banana pudding shake and it was the best thing ever....read full review

Great atmosphere with wonderful healthy options. I enjoyed speaking with the owners this morning. They were helpful explaining the menu options to me and the health benefits of each. Will definitely come back for another visit when in town. If you’re looking to lose weight and help fight those cravings I would highly suggest this place.
