I normally don't eat at Wendy's after 2:00pm. Normally the adults are gone and you have to deal with kids who won't cook your food all the way and don't want to correct it.
Customer service just doesn't exist anymore. Waiting 6min at the order box. Finally was told just a minute. Waiting a total of 37min in drive thru for fries and a drink. Wasn't greeted, was actually ignored by a blond chatting and giggling.

While visiting the restaurant, it was a little wait for the food.. as We waited for the food, we looked for table to sit at and they all needed to be clean. It looks like no one has cleaned the lobby in a while. And the drink machine was out of your main drinks.
