Sharita is a fat nasty POS that makes errors on a consistent basis. Today she made an error with my order and had the nerve to be nasty and belligerent. She refused to check her system to ensure the order was accurate. When i showed her the app and what I ordered she proceeded to tell me oh well she can only go by what the system printed out . She also stole from the store by pulling cash out of the register so that she did not have to be corrected when she pulled up my receipt to refund me through the proper channels . It is my belief that she eats all the food errors in the store and was looking for a free meal today . I have reported her to corporate and I will be calling the corporate number on Monday. This is about BLACK woman making the service industry look real bad . I will also be telling this story to my social media following . I recommend that absolutely NO ONE ever go to this location ever. The service is always sub par when this woman is running the show .

We waited in the drive through for ten minutes with the window down while it was hailing, then had to leave because nobody took our order and the lady at the window very rudely told us to wait. Overall terrible experience, won’t be coming back to this Wendy’
