They are getting the kinks worked out so give them time. The menu is typical Tex-Mex with some authentic Mexico City dishes, which I enjoy since I lived there. Some of the staff are young so they don't have the years of experience to anticipate and handle some situations as some diners would like. Though a blond gringa I do speak Spanish so that goes a very long way in having attentive service and accurate orders. And, it gives me a chance to practice my Spanish.
Nicely decorated, good sized bar area and the food is pretty good as well. Prices are not bad, actually better than some other Mexican restaurants I visit. Service is fine. Had one day where the server was a bit slow, but a very good place to grab a meal. Also, their take out is great. I can get two tacos with rice and beans for less than a meal at Sonic, and it's a better meal.
