“We’ve been on a cross country road trip for the last two weeks, and out of all the places we went, the best customer service experience we’ve had was here at the Big Cuppa with Daniel. What an incredible guy, give him a raise! Best sandwiches and iced lattes also! Will definitely stop here again, thanks Daniel!”

“Gary and his crew pulled together a 60 plate lunch for me on 9/28. I called him up at 10:15 am and asked if he could pull something together before noon. Needless to say at 11:40, my man had the best plates of BBQ ready to be loaded and delivered!! You can’t get any better service or quality of food. I’ve used his catering on multiple occasions in the last few months. I will continue to do so !!”

“My boyfriend and I were staying at Petit Jean this weekend and being the coffee hog that I am, I knew we had to check this place out. Boy, am I glad we did. The shop itself is so adorable with lots of souvenirs and gifts and the owner and staff were so nice and welcoming. It was close to lunchtime so we got the chicken salad croissant and it was delicious! My boyfriend loves scones so he decided to try their blueberry scone and obviously I had to try it. Let me tell you that was the most delicious scone I’ve ever had, he enjoyed it so much I went back in and got one for him to eat the next day, which was his birthday. My vanilla latte that I ordered was very delicious! I can’t wait to visit this little gem in the woods again!”

“This was a welcome stop right off the highway! Great food: smothered grilled juicy chicken and veggies well-seasoned (maybe borderline too salty), kids burger, fried chicken sandwich. Family of 4 ate for the lowest $ bill of our entire trip. Outdoor seating was spacious, a welcome break from the road.
Inside seating looked decent, advertised live music at some point. Staff all very friendly. Bathroom small but clean.”

“Do not try to judge this place by the outside of the building. It is amazing.Food is tremendous!! They do home cooking right. Two items on the lunch menu each day. Plus they do have hamburgers but I say stick with the lunch and great vegetables. Ladies are great and very friendly. NOTE: Do not leave without ordering one or three cinnamon rolls - homemade and amazing. HIGHLY recommend.”

Vegetarian options: I wish they still had their bake potato with broccoli and cheddar. When their fish is gone, I won't be able to eat here anymore. Seems like doubling down on meat is a sure-fire way to put yourself out of business. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but why make an entire group feel unwelcome based on what you no longer serve.”

“My first thought was store looks so clean I was impressed with the veggies and sandwich counter everything looked fresh and clean. Jennifer was amazing she was helpful, cheerful you can truly tell she takes pride in her work.”
