In my opinion, there’s better out there. I love their smoothies, but their matcha isn’t the best. They also fill their cups up to the top with ice so you don’t get much actual drink. I worked at a coffee shop before and we never did that so customers would get their money’s worth, but every place is different. Not a big coffee drinker but I did go with my wife to get a couple drinks and the service and location were great. I tasted some pixie stick drink and it tasted good. Coffee was pretty good too. I can see why it's so popular.

It's a drive thru arrangement, a live person takes your order and quickly hands you food. We had 2 dogs in the back seat and each got handed a free dog treat. I don't believe dine in is an option.
