Couldn't even get a simple Italian Night Club right. Sandwich was barely edible. The lettuce was slimy and nasty. Literally anything from anywhere works be better. I can get this Sandwich made correctly anywhere in the country except at this location.Would rather go hungry rather than visit here again.

Way overpriced. I ordered what I thought was a wheat SUB since this is a sub place. Nah it was a plain Jane wheat bread sandwich. 10 bucks. Prob cost a buck to make if that. And delivery took over 35 minutes.

Great service and calm and simple atmosphere. Customer service was amazing!!! Not sure the young dudes name but super helpful and polite!!! He was young around 15-18 dark headed and very friendly. He will go very far in the company or should!

Normally I love this Jimmy John's, and I always pay cash and throw in a tip, but yesterday the curly haired blond kid running the drive through was presumptuous about a tip. I asked him what the change amount in the order was, because he was a fast talker and I didn't catch it at the drive through. Instead of quoting me the amount at the window, he said, "Oh, you want me to keep the change?" I had to tell him no twice and ask him three times for the amount, as I was paying in cash. What he wanted a was whole $20 out of me for a weak wrap and a coke with no chips. I ended up guilt tipping him $3, which I shouldn't have done, because it turned out to be nothing but disappointment in a Jimmy John's wrapper.I'll be thinking twice about going here again for a while. Presumptions about a tip is not a good look for your establishment. Kid is too eager to be paid tip on top of hourly wages for nothing special in return. Icky service.

There was a hair in my sandwich.They remade it and apologized and we’re really nice about it, but if you look around it’s easy to see why: Girls with ponytails swinging around, guys with shoulder-length hair sticking out everywhere under a hat, but not otherwise pulled back or secured, and the beards with no net. Out of 7 employees present, only one of them had their hair properly secured.It’s gross.

They charge $1.25 for water cups.I ordered sandwiches and chips for 5. To save money, I ordered five water cups. There's nothing on the menu about water cups and the employee didn't say anything, so I assumed it was like every other fast food place in America that included water for free. I was wrong. They won't tell you they charge for water. It's not on the menu. But, they will charge you for water cups. And not just enough to cover the cup and water. And, if you're like me, you won't find out until it's too late.
