Called in an order, 16 piece original, with two family sides of mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac n cheese, along with an order of coleslaw, headed to town to pickup and was told upon arrival that they had no original and would have to settle for crispy, needless to say I canceled the order, this information should have been made known when the order was placed, these fast food places have no idea what good customer service is anymore, really sad indeed.... mtn home arkansas kfc....

*Update*The staff were friendly and helpful. The chicken strips are still good. The biscuits were hard and tasted odd. The mac and cheese was horrible. I don't know what changed with the food here, but someone should consider changing it back.*Original post*--The chicken strips are good. The biscuits are good. The pot pies are delicious! The crispy chicken is delicious! The service is quick and friendly. The meals are reasonably priced, and the $5fill ups are a pretty good deal.
I ordered online 2 hours ahead. Was not ready at due time. Had to wait in line with a bunch of angry customers. The kids were running around like a chicken with their heads cut off. Did not seem like anyone was in charged. Got my order home after along wait. The order was completely wrong. My family was not thrilled. I understand kids doing the best they can. Who was in charge on 11-6-23 @5:30. I'm telling you there was a lot of mad people in there. You need to shut down until you can train these kids. It was complete chaos.

This place is absolutely filthy, rudest staff I've ever met quality of food and portions have gone ridiculously down while prices skyrocket hopefully when the new KFC by the bypass opens with different ownership things will change we'll

The restaurant was filthy on our last visit. Food on the dining room floor and 1/2 the tables were not clean. There were only 2 other customers in the store. It also took 15 minutes to get our order. We will NEVER visit this location again.
