This is the 3rd time in a row that I've gotten a to go order and the grease they fry the cinnamon twist and chips in is OLD!!!! The last 2 times the cinnamon twist tasted rancid and inedible ... So tonight I got the chips and queso instead in my combo box. They tasted rancid and had to throw them away.
I have never been to a Taco Bell who always runs out of meat or they are on a 30 minute break.? The food is thrown together like they don't care about the food nor the customer. But, the last time I went the customer service has been a lot better and the food. I hope they continue to get better because in California Taco Bell was my favorite. Moving here and trying their Taco Bell was a disappointment. Please change out the grease ?

The chips were stale, I had placed a pick up order and food was cold my freeze was half melted. Employee very rude needs better attitude. The other employee she was sweet and helpful.
