Tacos are cold, staff doesn't care. And it's honestly not worth the money or drive. More money less meat more lettuce. Sad use to be my favorite food place in Newport.

Music was too loud and thumping!Service was awfull.And the dining room was filthy, didn't dare try the restroom.The time before this one the girl behind the counter had turned the place into a daycare center. There were 2 or 3 kids pouring salt and sause on the floor and constantly screaming, pulling trash out of the trash cans putting it on tables and all over the floor.

Got a bean burrito. Hey it's Taco Bell, you can't really mess up a bean burrito. Food was ordered on an indoor touch screen and the only interaction I had with the staff was a young person bringing a bag with a burrito to the front and saying "order with the burrito?".

Custom ordered food in the app. Waited over 40 minutes in line at the drive thru, they gave us the wrong order, got the right order only to get home and find that the food was cold, burnt to a crisp, and none of the add ons or customizations we paid for were added. Terrible service, horrible food, not worth the wait or the price. Even for fast food.

since when did taco bell stop serving regular tacos in the morning? is that a new thing? also, the lady at the window/radio thing is so rude. felt like she didn't know what she was suppose to do. lose the attitude. you have lost a customer.

Just came into the drive through at 0130AM and they shooed me and my wife away because they had already turned their grills off. Says open until 0200AM. The attitude didn't help either.

Food is usually cold. I rarely ever go there and not get pulled around for them to bring food out instead of receiving through window, even when ordering online. The food is just thrown together. The drive-through staff is rarely friendly, and I have been several times where the food tasted off like it was out of date. My bag is often missing items that I ordered and paid for, not realizing it was missing until I get home, 15 minutes from the store.Dietary restrictions: They do offer power bowls that can be adjusted to be keto and diabetic friendly by ordering them without rice, however nothing else there except the beans are keto/diabetic friendly.
