Rude on patient employee who didn't want to take our order was trying to push us while we were trying to ask about certain things on the menu treated as really disrespectful at first thought she was just in a bad mood but then when the gentleman behind us ask the same question that we asked he got better treated service than we did and we're white couple and the gentleman that was behind us was an older black gentleman and she was black and she treated him like he was a king and then when the next person came up which was an older white guy she was completely rude and disrespectful to him the same way she was to me what happened to equality and no discrimination at the workplace doesn't mean you need a show discrimination to the customers coming in and asking about certain breakfast items on the menu will never go to this location ever again I was just stopping through I'm a truck driver and it was the closest Carl's Jr or Hardee's near where my truck was parked

I'm sitting in drive-thru between 8-9am and waiting until someone responded through the speaker to tell me they short-handed and I have to go in. A sign would be nice, but this is inconvenient for those who are disabled to get out and come in.
When I tried to enter the establishment on Dec 26th, 2023 @ 8:42pm the door was locked. I had to go around to the drive-thru window on foot (see video). Luckily the employee manning the window was polite and allowed me to place my order (which is the ONLY reason this gets 2 stars instead of 1).*Plus one extra star (totalling 3) for the fast service and good burger which I eagerly consumed.Parking: Relatively small parking lot but it's rarely full because most business is drive-through.
