if you’re a minor i wouldn’t recommend working here, like the reviews been saying for years the management still sucks!! i’m a minor and my manager told me she’d beat me up yesterday, imagine how she speaks with costumers?and check the time on yall sides/biscuts they’re supposed to go out after 2 hours!! also if you’re a parent, i’d recommend drug testing your child because cristina(a adult manager) will smoke marijuana on the clock with her minor employees! not me of course! #saynotodrugsKid-friendliness: they are not kid friendly!!the managers will take a fade with anybody. i’ve been threatened twice working up there. this popeyes is a unsafe facility. also the drug use is insane up here, they also drink lean in their popeyes cup so they’re high 24/7 that’s probably why they forget about your orders or why you’ve been waiting. i do not recommend letting your minor work here! i couldn’t imagine being a grown adult wanting to fight someone half my age! and apparently minors aren’t allowed to have their parents work conflict out for them? when you’re a child it’s like you have no voice ! it’s disgusting she has children around my age of her own.imagine what goes down in her home. such a disgrace

A couple of things were missing from my drive-thru order......two desserts and biscuit missing from combo mealFour items were ordered that included two combo meals and two desserts....one combo meal was correct and two desserts omitted. Not a good experience.Check your order before you leave the location including inside your combo box.

Worst service. Stoned, slow, and careless workers who spent the entire time laughing and joking around rather than doing their jobs while customers were waiting.

The most complacent and lazy night crew I've ever seen. I drove in a few nights ago at around 8:30 pm, to the maumelle location on Maumelle Boulevard, and all the lights were completely off like it was closed, but I knew it couldn't be, it was too early? I came around to the drive thru and all the staff member were standing around outside smoking weed together. I asked "why are the lights off like it's closed? Is Something going on? "Nah." One of them responded before going back into the store and a few seconds later when I was at the drive thru box, all of the exterior lights came back on and suddenly the place sprung to life again. Apparently I had interrupted their slick way of making potential customers think they're closed so they can take a break to get high. Anyway fast forward to tonight, I came through the drive thru and again I'm seeing two employees in the lobby sitting down on their phone, two more are outside in their cars, and I get to the box and the guy goes "popeyes." I said "yes I would like a number two combo and....." the mic cuts me off with a woman away from the headset saying "we outta sandwiches!" Then the guy with the headset on said "we are out of filets." I said "ok.....? Never mind then." So I had an idea, I pulled into a parking spot and made my order again online that way I could force it into their system instead of relying on a worker to put it in. That way they would have to answer to a higher position as to why my order couldn't be completed if it weren't able to be completed. I waited a few minutes and went in to pick it up, and would you believe just like magic they suddenly had everything they needed to make the sandwich. Bunch of lazy kids in there that are hurting the franchise, by lying and saying they are out of things just because they don't want to work for their pay they want to turn the lights out and smoke weed instead. Don't let them tell you they are out of anything. What an embarrassment on their part with this sorry night crew.

Went through the drive through at 6:30PM today and as usual at this location there was a long wait. Not a long line, just a long wait.As soon as the Drive through window opened, I should have driven off. An absolute stench of Marijuana hit me. There is no way the manager didn't notice. I can only imagine what it smells like inside.Got the order none the less, since I was already there, and once I was home I was able to unpack the absolute disaster that was our meal. Biscuits tossed into the same box as the chicken, with the chicken on top of course. Large Red Beans and Rice came in three small containers, and the French Fries... The French Fries left that film in our mouths, you know the one when the fryer grease is rancid.On the plus side, the Chicken was pretty good. But Corporate really needs to come through there and do a reset on the employee's AND ESPECIALLY the managers there.

It’s 10:10 I am at the store in Maumelle Ark trying to order there isn’t anyone here besides the cook and he can’t take orders because his finger print isn’t in the system. This is really sad that customers are here and the store is losing money.

I was told it would be 3 minutes to get my order in drive thru so I was asked to pull forward and wait. 20 minutes later I had to walk in to find out they didn't even have what I ordered

Asked for extra sauce and got absolutely no sauce when the told me sauce was in the bag.Terrible sweet tea tasted old and when asked for another drink they were “out of almost everything”I would have enjoyed a meal of extra taco bell napkins from out of my glove box and a hot canned coke more than the meal I just got from this Popeyes

Chose to use the drive thru Feb 10th at around 1:00. We waited in line after ordering for 25 minutes. The food was horrible the chicken tasted like air. The wait was ridiculous. We chose here because lines were everywhere else and we were in a hurry and didn’t want to wait. But we did. Just drive up the road to chickfila don’t waste your time. Possibly the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to.

Me and my wife go here all the time because we think this is one of the best but this is the 2nd time where I ordered $20 something worth of food and when I pull up to the window, they advise that we are only taking cash. That is something you need to tell the customer at the speaker before you order. It also don’t make things better when you have to wait 10 minutes at the speaker before they take you order, then you realize when you get home that your order is wrong. Something needs to change or you will lose customers.

We were there on 2/21/24 when we got there we were told it would be 20 minutes by the time the chicken was ready which I understand. Then as we were waiting the guy cooking the chicken steps outside and talks on the phone . Then he goes back in and doesn’t even washes he’s hands. Then you have two more employees go outside come back and continue and don’t even wash there hands . Mind you we’re observing all this while waiting for our chicken. If you do not believe me if you have a cámara outside you could see them outside.This place is in a very nice area for it not to kept clean inside.

Really bad and won’t ever go back. The wait is extremely long even when there are only two or three cars in line. The employees are very slow and most of them have bad attitudes. Tried this location several times over the last few months and it only continues to go downhill. My order was completely messed up the last time I went and I had to park and go inside to get it corrected. Whoever owns this place needs to sit up and take notice to the bad reviews. I doubt you’ll be in business much longer. Start hiring people who actually want to work and do a good job. You might want to drive up the road and get some advice from whoever owns Chick-Fil-A because they do a phenomenal job running their business. It starts with good employees who actually have a decent work ethic instead of people who really don’t want to work with entitled bad attitudes. Seriously…
