The female that was taking the order was rushing us. Then when I said can I finish my order, a man got on and finished my order with no lettuce for the 3rd time and my sandwich had lettuce! They didn't give us not one napkin either. I won't be back!

We did an online order/ picked up order,first time trying this place out, (we not from here), spicy Chicken sandwich was smashed, chili/cheese/fries were cold,barely any cheese. asked for light ice on drinks, (they did not do.) spilled one drink on my seat because they didn’t put lid on right. Burger was ok, asked for ketchup, napkins, salt, and pepper but only got salt/pepper.

I’ve had the worst experience that I ever have here before. I don’t see the point in ordering in advance if they wait until you arrive to start on your food. I watched 6 cars come and order and get their food before I got my order. I literally stood there for 14 minutes waiting. I’ll never come back to this location again. The service is the worst!

I love Rallys over all fast food hamburger places, but this location disappointed us. The hamburgers were smaller than normal, the bacon burgers had only 2 small strips and wasn't crisp. The fries were soggy, the shake wasn't thick. Taste of the food was still good that's the reason for 4 stars. I had to ask for more napkins, originally only given 2 for a large order. There were 6 employees inside and only 3 had their hustle on, other 3 were talking and laughing. ( Hate to say it. But it was the 3 Caucasians, the 3 black men were working hard- --just stating the truth) visited the evening of 12/28/23

They are preparing the food with the same gloves used to take the money and stuff…I’m not gone lie it was two workers two black dudes they held it down ,it was only them working .I still see it as unsanitary handling the food and cashier side as

Was looking for a quick hot meal. The staff seemed short hand but the food was made fresh. The gentleman with the salt and pepper hair did something that wasn't really given in fast food, which was deliver some excellent customer service. All he did was verbally confirm our order with us before letting us leave. We were able to make sure our large fries weren't forgotten and he was quick to retrieve said missing item it was just refreshing to see other people care in a society that feels like most folks have gone cold. But the fries weren't!! I wish I was able to shout him out better.
