This place has improved SIGNIFICANTLY since our last visit. It was like the red lobster I remember from back in the day. The food was very good and service was absolutely stellar, especially since we were a party of 16 on a weekend.If you haven't been in awhile, I'd say give it another chance- it was awful a few years ago but I'm happy to say it was a really good experience today. :-)
The young man who served our meal was the best! He was attentive, he spoke to our kids and engaged with them making them feel important, all around best service in this area.

The past few times we have eaten here, the carpets under the tables and in the dining room travel area were littered with food and trash. Biscuit parts and pieces were under and around the table. The dining area is in need of cleaning.

We waited 45 minutes after being told 15, our drinks were wrong, our food was wrong, sides not even what was ordered, no silverware offered! After requesting silverware, our waitress rolled her eyes and grabbed it off of a used table. This was my husband's 1st time (at 48 years old) to Red Lobster. Worst experience, people, atmosphere and cleanliness ever. I will never return!!!!

The chedder biscuits were deflated. And the all you can eat shrimp was so so. Not great for red lobster as I have had much better lunch at other red lobsters elsewhere. Staff was nice and the place was clean and sufficient.
My lobster for lunch was Extremely dry and tasted OLD!! Very Shameful for the price I have to pay for it!!! I expect More for QUALITY of my food for that price!!

I've been going to Red Lobster almost every year for my birthday since I was 16 years old. (decades). Food basically tastes the same but disappointed that they have reduced the amount of food they serve and charge more. The service was fair...asked for ketchup and was halfway done with my meal before we had to get up to get it. Ordered the coke slaw, never received it. We went fairly early for dinner, so there wasn't a rush of customers, so no actual reason for the half hazard service. Might find a new restaurant for my next birthday.
Our server displayed excellent service. He deserves a raise. He treated us like he enjoyed his job, and was eager to please. And was very prompt to get us what we wanted or needed. Our memories are failing us, we can't remember his name, but he was a tall black Male, with dreadlocks. Best service we've had in years. The food, well i loved mine, but my husband could barely eat his steak, kinda tough, and chewy, but his other items were fine.
