Santo Coyote Mexican Food & Tequila Bar is a cool spot for delicious Mexican food and tasty drinks, with a really big Tequila selection. The building is nice and clean, with great staff. The appetizer sampler includes excellent beef taquitos, while the chicken ones are tasteless. The spinach quesadilla was gross, but the queso is good. The cheese enchiladas were mediocre, with the red sauce not being good. Some dishes were a hit, like the taco carnitoes and shrimp, while others missed the mark. Despite some mixed reviews, the restaurant keeps getting better, with a shoutout to an awesome waiter named Victor.
