“Traveling thru to Arkansas and stopped in for Lunch because my husband had a coupon for 2 dine $9.99. This Arby’s restrooms were spotless. Walking up to the counter we noticed that the tables that were empty were very clean as well as the floors and most importantly the area around the soda dispensers. The cashier was very polite and patient with me ordering. When the manager step up to help the cashier with the register he was so patient to the cashier and you could tell he was very good with his staff. While we were eating I commented to my husband that the manager was wiping down the soda area and cleaning tables of customers that had just left. You would think he was the owner. I have put this restaurant in my phone to make sure that we come back when traveling thru Paragould Ark.Parking: This is a small restaurant but when we went there was plenty of parking.“
“The cashier Shawna was absolutely great. We came in on Sunday morning during a breakfast rush and the manager (Shawna) was telling them to stop taking orders and seemed extremely overwhelmed but Shawna the cashier and the rest of the crew was so calm and collect and had the rush out in no time. They were confused and upset that she stopped taking orders so they just kept the flow going! Thank y'all for great service.“

“First time here. Came for lunch. The service was fantastic and everything we ordered was equally so! Fast, hot, and delicious. However, the restaurant dining area itself was dirty- ALL tables, as well as the windows, the doors, and the floor. Rather off-putting. Hopefully they can get on top of that! “Fast service at the drive through very polite people at the window and the banana split was one of the best I have had however the building needs a face-lift the menu looks like it could be upgraded like a power wash also did not give us enough silverware but still best place to get banana split and surprisingly the burgers were very well wrapped and tasted like it looked freaking delicious“
“Okay first of all I would like to say that I come to this location often and normally it isn't this busy, but today was packed. One thing I noticed that the staff was understaffed and some of the customers are being very rude, even though you can clearly see that those young guys were working really hard to get those orders out. I had to wait 10 minutes on my meal, yeah I didn't mind because they were very polite about it and even gave me a comp card to make up for it. The lady at the register said it was her second day, you can tell she was clearly overwhelmed but she was so sweet. Every time I come the staff is so sweet and friendly so it hurt me when I came across these negative reviews today. Patience is a virtue that is truly lost, because people can be very rude. I got my food and it was still delicious my double California Burger what exactly how I always get it, my fries were fresh and as I said the staff is very friendly and apologetic. That's all you can really ask for when you go get a burger. I will be coming back as I always do and I will be bringing my family as I do every Sunday.“
“Fast, friendly and clean! Has an extremely nice play area for little kids to play at that is fenced off for safety. When traveling to my dads this is a great space to stop eat lunch and let the kids stretch out and burn off energy for the long drive.“
“We have not been to the area long, and are so glad that we are eligible for delivery. Several times all of the delivery drivers were so nice, they have always been here earlier than expected with hot and ready pizza. Pizza has always been correct and On busy days we love that we can count on pizza hut.“
“I want to like it so bad. We've heard a lot of craze about LHG since they moved into Jonesboro, but we held off a while to let it calm down. We finally got in on a Saturday afternoon, and it was still booming.We were kindly greeted with a 45 minute wait, and the hostess even checked the bar for us to see if there were seats available. It was full too, but she told us there was a couch we could eat at if we wanted to. We were knocking on the door of hangry so we went for the couch experience.On the way to the couch, we got to take in the decor. It seems like a very upscale casual experience. I didn't feel out of place wearing jeans and a t-shirt, but I also would have felt fine wearing Sunday's best.A waitress greeted us right away but seemed confused why we were on the couch. She grabbed us some menus and told us that two seats opened up at the bar, so we jumped at the chance. The bartender seemed very busy but still managed to be attentive to everyone.We both got burgers, both of which had bacon, according to the menu. Neither one had bacon and seemed very bland. Not bad, just nothing special. The chips and fries were great, though! My wife got a lemonade that was also pretty good.If I was with friends who wanted to go here, I would go, but our initial experience wasn't what we'd hope.
