First of all, I've never heard of Freddy's until i came to Arkansas, so this was a first for me. i was in Paragould shopping and i decided to stop by there on my way back to Osceola. I had trouble figuring out what I wanted to eat & the General Manager assisted Me PERFECTLY! She told Me her name was Nisha, I was so satisfied I even had something to leave with lol .. Restaurant was Clean & the food was even better! Hugeeeeeee shoutout to the General Manager Nisha I recommend her service ANYDAY ‼️‼️

Okay first of all I would like to say that I come to this location often and normally it isn't this busy, but today was packed. One thing I noticed that the staff was understaffed and some of the customers are being very rude, even though you can clearly see that those young guys were working really hard to get those orders out.
