“I recommended Paris Sonic, only to be able to write here. What I recommend about this location is check your order before you leave. This is not the first time they have failed at getting my order right. My reason for a poor recommendation is not for a coupon or a free burger. I complain so hopefully the store manager will step up and hold their employees accountable. Teach them their job. They need to know what “no mustard, extra Mayo” means. They, the employees need some personal responsibility.“

“I concur with the previous reviews about your experience depending on the staff you have making your sandwich. Some of them are friendly and helpful, some of them have the personality of a piece of angry wet cardboard. The actual food I have received has always been good, but I'm always there to watch it being made also. I have never seen a manager or supervisor there, so idk what kind of oversight or training these kids get, but from the other comments I can only assume it's scarce. But then again, when you keep jacking up the min. wage, this is what happens, businesses trying to stay open make cuts and do more with less people resulting in poor service. Its not always the fault of the people behind the counter. That and it's HARD to find good help in Paris, AR, especially for min wage.“

“This location has been hit or miss (mostly miss) in recent years, but it seems to have finally been staffed with workers and management who give a $hit about taking care of the customers. Our wait time even at dinner time wasn't more than a few minutes and that was because they made fresh fries for us. Very much appreciated. The girl taking our order had the most southern county drawl I've ever heard, and I was born and raised in the south! Not a complaint, it's just amusing and adorable. All our food was hot and fresh and nothing was missing, and thats was the struggle for years, but it seems the crew they have now is on top of it. Keep up the good work!“

“When I pulled up to the drive thru I ordered my meal. The staff was very patient with me. When I went up to the window the staff was very pleasant when I was greeted I received my order and left.
