Been in drive thru for 10 minutes. Ordered a steak bagel on the app and notified them I was here when I was pulling in to give them a head start. Finally get to the window and they tell me to pull forward, no steak is ready. Lol man. How? You haven't made any for 15 minutes? This place is a joke.

They use the parking every single time I order food and don't speak to the people in drive-thru to me that's just rude service back when I was growing up it was rare to have to pull in a parking spot to wait on food the question is why now?
