No online/app ordering. Okay, I'll just call in my order. Phone rings for fifteen minutes and no one picks up. Okay, they must be really busy. I drive over to the store while the phone is still ringing (intending to just order in-store even if it means waiting in line), and there is only one customer there, who is leaving as I'm pulling up. I give up on calling and sit in the parking lot for the amount of time it takes me to order from Papa John's and write this review, about fifteen to twenty minutes, and no other customers come by in that time. There is a sign on the door saying that they're short staffed. That's fine, but short staffed does not equal nobody answering the phone when they're not busy and online ordering is shut down. Looking through other reviews, it seems that this is a common occurrence lately, with people more patient than me saying they've waited on the phone for 45 minutes to an hour.

Every time I call I have to wait on hold at least 10 minutes the fastest was 8 and a half minutes to talk to anyone. And I'm on hold right now and it's been 62 minutes and haven't talked to anyone whatsoever. It's very irritating and very unprofessional. I'm hanging up and will take my business else where. There's no way it should take over an hour to take an order.

We placed an order online & when we got home to eat it, we realized it was wrong so I tried to call they never picked up. I was on hold for almost 17 minutes. We didn’t want to drive back because by then all of the other food would be cold. It would be nice if they would answer the phone or either get the orders,

Ordered at 6:15. Online still says in prep. Called to check on it and was told they only have 1 driver. Okay, that's fine. Cue 8:45, been on hold 15 minutes with no answer. Bedtime in 15 minutes and can't cancel the order and just decided I would go to bed without dinner cuz I don't wanna spend more money. I'm really patient but seriously what the heck.

Ordered delivery got wrong order I called got answered and hung up on finally got in touch with them and was told they couldn't send me what I ordered and paid for because they had too many orders to go out. The management at this store is a joke!
