I love this place I usually order from this place at least 3 times a week while I work. Very disappointed my food was cold and the fries were not even cooked all the way it was nasty. 3/24/24 it was a Sunday Idk what Zaxby's doing but if I go back and it's the same I won't be back.

I work all over the country. This was probably the best i have had from Zaxbys in months. Prepared as it should be. I did have to wait a few minutes for my order to be taken. But that's everywhere nowadays when you go inside.
