The food was good, and the person taking and delivering orders was friendly. My issue with most sonic locations is that the app shows that it works until checkout and then doesn't. So you spend all of your time ordering for 6 people and then you have to drive there and order it in person. It negates the purpose of having the app.

Worse Sonic in South Arkansas. Management not good. They are real slow. Also they where out of a item. Said they refunded me. Takes several days. Never got refunded.

Quality doesn't match price. We waited 30 minutes for our order, and saw someone smoking standing in the door to the kitchen. We will never go back.

Mom went to get me & brother breakfast this morning, I wanted sonic and he wanted McDonalds so she went to get sonic after stopping for his food. She ordered my food on the app and waited 20+ minutes outside in stall for it to come out, and the worker came out with no food, just to tell her she didn't get the order on the screen and continued to ask for the order, despite my mom already ordering it ahead on the app for that exact reason. Even after she had told them to cancel the order as both she and me and my brother were at least 30+ minutes behind this morning for work/school while waiting on breakfast and she didn't have time to wait on an order, the worker chased her all the way back to work, saying they finally got the order. By the time it got to mom the chicken was already cold.

I arrived at around 10:45am. and only ordered a large Coke. There was only 1 other car in a parking spot when I ordered the drink. It took nearly 13 minutes for anyone to bring the Coke out. When I received it, it was flat. Like the carbonation wasn't right or it had already been sitting there for awhile. I then pressed the call button and got no response after a couple of minutes. So, I pressed it again and waited. Nothing! Pressed it again and someone answered and asked for me to please hold. I asked for a Dr. Pepper when the staff finally answered in exchange for the flat Coke. I got the drink several more minutes later and was finally done there. I spent about 25 minutes for a drink, but only because it was a dollar.

They don't even know the difference between a shake and a blast I order a plain vanilla blast and I got a large vanilla shake and she laughed at me when I asked for it plain
Was there 20 minutes ago. I checked they screwed up my order so she took the wring thing back & told her I ordered the chicken sandwich. Piece if chicken & bun nothing else. Tried to call & complain & no answer.!!! Lousy. Won't be going back

I ordered my food and the lady brought my order quickly and I tipped her and she gave me my change. I counted it and it was $1 over so I pressed the button again and explained my situation and she said that doesn't happen to often, how nice of you, I responded ( treat people tha way you wanna be treated), and have a blessed day. Got food poisoning from a chili dog, lost 4 days on a vacation, but looking down through the comments all they'll do is give a stock answer to everything wrong without fixing it. I looked down through the comments and all they do is change the names, which tell me they never see this, just gets a stock answer from a computer

Its way over priced. The food is bad, the only good thing on the menu is the milkshakes. They don't try or put focus into making the food. And it tastes gross.
