The food was good, and the person taking and delivering orders was friendly. My issue with most sonic locations is that the app shows that it works until checkout and then doesn't. So you spend all of your time ordering for 6 people and then you have to drive there and order it in person. It negates the purpose of having the app.

I ordered my food and the lady brought my order quickly and I tipped her and she gave me my change. I counted it and it was $1 over so I pressed the button again and explained my situation and she said that doesn't happen to often, how nice of you, I responded ( treat people tha way you wanna be treated), and have a blessed day. Seems to be a roller coaster of improvement and needs improvement depending on which workers are scheduled. There's no consistency with the food preparation and lack of care or customer service is overwhelmingly terrible.
