“This is a diamond in the rough. The service was a little slow when we were there cause the same girl was serving, cooking, and answering the phone. Once our order was in, the food came out quickly. It was very good. There were many locals there and they were very friendly and engaged us in conversation. I highly recommend eating here.”

When I have a problem with something which is pretty rare at this location, they always make it right and never seem to make you feel like you did something wrong. Great staff. Great management. My favorite location and not because its my hometown, but because they truly have the friendliest service and my food has never been cold.”

“I’m super impressed with this location. I’m in town for work training. And I’ve eaten twice and will definitely come again tomorrow. The locals have piled in here both days I’ve been here and this team is moving like a well-oiled machine! Past that, they helped me with suggestions on how to modify existing menu items to make them vegetarian. Ended up with the most delicious flatbread sandwich ever! I came in today and Keisha (I’m guessing she’s the manager), and Halen (the young lady who took my order on day 1) both greeted me BY NAME as I walked in the door! After having only met me once yesterday. Big city efficiency with hometown energy. Although I noted the amount I just spent today, after I come back tomorrow (for the 3rd day in a row), I will have spent about $60 here. And this service is why.”

“Simply Cake was recommended to me after I found out last minute that my previous plans for our company 27th anniversary celebration cake fell through. I sent a rough drawing and some pictures of the individual parts and Suzanne brought it to life. I was so impressed when I came to pick it up. The split cake was so good I had to have some of both sides( chocolate and white). The chocolate rocks were a big hit with the kids!”

Parking lot clean, easily accessible entrance, lobby was flawless, and our orders were followed very well.
Customer service is as well as expected by corporate and then some.

“Service and atmosphere were fine. Food was delicious. Really like the salsa and chips. My chimichanga was so good, it didn’t need any additional toppings. Guac was fresh and really tasty. Only thing I was disappointed with was the daiquiri I ordered. Tasted like a slushie and was charged with alcohol and I swear there was not any in it.

So go for food, don’t order a made beverage.”
