Nice open seating. It is mostly a self service cafe style place. My favorite BBQ spot in Van Buren. The ribs always fall apart and the brisket is seasoned great. They have potato salad from scratch and several sauces available that complement the smoked meat. This is also a local owned veteran business.
Nice to see the old Sister’s Bistro building back in use! It’s a lovely setting. The BBQ is really good. My husband and I shared the Sampler Platter with an extra side of beans. It was a perfect dish to see what you would like. It had hot links, brisket, pulled chicken, pulled pork, and ribs. It was more than enough for two people or one person with a big appetite. The food was delicious. Wish they had Diet cola instead of cola Zero. Lindy provided outstanding service. Give her a raise. The baked beans were the best I have ever had. The potato salad tasted deliciously home-made. Portions were very generous. This is a veteran owned business but they don't offer individual discounts but provide service to veterans on a community basis.Parking: Easy to find parking within 4 spaces of restaurant.
