Your wait staff at this location was very slow improperly dressed. Sweat pants sweat shirt. I had to ask to have the table cleaned before she took our drink orders. Had better service at the other iron skillets.

Beyond depressed over the chicken fried steak. I remember it being the size of the skillet. We drove 3 hours so I could have where I got my love for chicken fried steak. Almost $14 for this? I swear they bought the box of already done chicken fried steak from Costco and put it the microwave then threw it on the skillet. 2 stars because the waitress was an absolute sweetheart. My girls had omelets. They liked them, husband got the patty melt, dry and flavorless. No more buffet or salad bar either because Petro is now owned by Pilot.

It's the iron skillet, if you've been to one you've been to them all. I'm giving this a 5 star because the people who serve and cook the food hands down are some of the best I've ran into! Give them a try they'll make you feel at home!

I placed a order to go when my boyfriend went inside to pay she wanted to charge 10.00 more the lady argued with him saying it's right had to call someone over that knows what they are doing..they gave me hash browns instead of home fries. when I took the food out I noticed a hair on the outside of my plate then when i was eating there was 2 more hairs in the food they need to wear hair nets ..i will never go back to this place again

I received an order Fri. the 5th of March. Have always had great luck with this restaurant, and with DoorDash, but not with this particular order!!!! The guy who delivered it did NOT read the delivery instructions - who knows why & he was very rude when I corrected him! And then the order..... I live 1 block from this cafe, didn't expect the order to be steaming hot, but the entire order was COLD!!!! How could that happen? There was no receipt attached to the order so I assume I was charged but did not receive all that I ordered, like extra piece of toast & cup of coffee. I really feel I was cheated all the way around! And I don't like being taken advantage of. Generally speaking I've had good luck with DoorDash, but this was very disappointing. Once they got my money + the tip they had no incentive to do the right thing!!!!! Shame on you DoorDash!!!!! Very poor business practice. And I've complained to everybody I know, and will continue to do so; wish I could do more! Like pay the tip after the food's delivered & get a refund for the order, but I know that's not gonna happen... Yes, still upsets me!
Home to Trucker Fairy Tales and mediocre Iron Skillet meals. Anything you get on the menu, just picture a less attractive version of the entree and that's exactly what you'll get. The West Memphis Iron Skillet definitely does not surprise as long as you walk in knowing that whatever you order is going to be far from great. Most of the kitchen staff are Certified Felons and only here will the waitress be walking around casually with Crocs and no socks on.Gotta love West Memphis ??

Tonight I ordered chicken fried chicken with Mac n chz and mash taters. It was actually cold even though it took 20 minutes to get. I will say that even though it was cold the flavor of all was great.
