As Soon As I Walked Through The Door, I Was Greeted With A Smile & A Hello From The CSR Behind The Counter. She Was Attentive & Accommodating. I Placed My Order & Watched As My Meal Was Made FRESH. My Burger Was Hot With The Cheese Melted Perfectly. My Fries Had Just Come Out of The Grease & My Pineapple Mango Lemonade Was Bursting With Fruit Flavors. Great Experience From Beginning To End.

I’ve never been so disappointed in a Wendy’s. Can’t get an order right, and then when you seek to fix the issue the cook threw a fit like a toddler while the manager sat idly. Fire them all and get a new crew. We opted for a refund and headed on down the road to find something better. After agreeing to $37 for three dinners I would have simply appreciated them fixing the order with no extra lip, as none was provided when requesting they fix my order.

This is the slowest “fast-food” place that I’ve ever been to in my life. I’ve come here to eat at different times throughout the day. It’s takes an act of congress to get a burger and a fry. Don’t even count on getting a chocolate frosty. They NEVER have the ingredients to make one. McDonalds is down the street, though.

Just came in with kids for a burger and nuggets. I ordered a taco salad. Not sure what kind of salad I got but it wasn’t a taco salad. Employees were not very friendly or accommodating. The manager was not friendly either. When I walked away from the counter they were laughing. Very insulting. Will not return. This was the Wendy on Missouri street in west Memphis AR

So it's my first and last time visiting the Wendy's in West Memphis! So I place an order but was told to wait at first window because they were more worried about a timer versus food quality and customer service! Two managers on duty and no service! First manager eating at the window and the second with attitude! The double Dave's cheeseburger was dried out with half a tomato and a tired piece of lettuce! The fries were crumbs from bottom of bag! As of this posting no reply from Local Wendy's nor Corporate! I wouldn't waste my time trying to eat at this location unless you like trash!

This place is the worst, I like their avocado salads, I've ordered them around 15 times in the last month, they have yet to get my salad correct, they always give me the wrong one or switch up the ingredients, how hard could it be, I didn't eat at Wendy's at all until I tasted this salad and I'm done with Wendy's,???
