Why can I never get a Warm/Hot Burro from this Joint.Been here countless times over the last 4 years and I can not get a hit burro. I add sourcream for 2$more and Pico for 1$ more. Make sure my 14$ burrito is hot please. So tired of it. Stop throwing out promo tickets In to driveways the 1st of every year. IT ONLY SHOWS YOUR DESPERATE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD FOR BUSINESS. Yuck ? ?
Live 5 minutes from store. Food was cold. Very skimpy on guacamole sauce. I was sales manager for LaCanasta years ago and then largest tortilla food distributor in the country. Also Arizona native. I know my Mexican food. Won't go back...

The only thing that makes it worth going to this Filibertos is the food. As always, it's delicious. But the customer service is horrendous.Pull up to the drive-thru and after waiting a few seconds with nothing being said, I said "Hello".Then after another 10 seconds or so I hear through the intercom "what do you want?".The the interactions with the staff members are cold and standoffish.Will probably give my business to other locations.
