If I could give this filibertos a zero I would man.... 1 effing taco is 4 bucks. Come on guys it's trash food and tasteless now. 5+ years ago it was so good and so flavorful. Ya'll have screwed up my enchiladas numerous times at this point I won't support this filibertos. Ya'll workers just really don't care. At least try and smile?

The people here really don't care about your order and the girl who answered the phone, does not know how to talk a person, I called to complain because I got home from work feeling hungry, sent my girl to get me something to eat, it was what I ordered but its wasn't wat I ordered, missing ingredients and other ingredients that I did not order on my food, I know they're just youngsters in there but what if I was allergic to an ingredient that I ordered not to be in my food. I'm not allergic to any food but what if that happened to someone who does have food allergies and they just don't care about people's food

Employees here do not want to work and do not care about the owners money. Was told they were doing shift change at 11pm and to give them five to 10 Minutes. They told me this three times while I waited in the parking lot until 11:30. I watched three cars pull in and be told this same lie and then leave. Employees don't want to cook and would rather lie to customers so they don't have to make anything.

Was a staple when growing up here. Now, the price for burrito and rice being over $20.. I hope they fail. Supposed to be good drunk food, not highway robbery. Also, food is never consistent and continually get home to find something wrong or missing with order.
They do not have pictures of what they serve just what they serve in writing people like me that can't read that looks at pictures to order this place is not for someone that cannot

Came here after a late Night Shift from work & got a carne asada burrito. For one the lady was RUDE and yelled at me to basically hurry up while ordering, then my burrito WAS COLD The meat was cold, and tortilla was cold. Will definitely never come back to this location.
