James the a.m. manager is amazing!! Best service we have had around town in a very long time. Love that they have the book it program to motivate kids to read. The pizza was perfectly baked with a nice crunchy crust. The toppings were generous. The service was fast and friendly. There is a nice, clean dining area which we will try in the future. We will definitely be back!

OK well honestly I had written this location off. But today I happened to be working near by an wanted pizza .I'm glad I gave this store another chance. Ordered online went to store to pick up I was late getting there .but my pizza was still good an warm I opened the box while cashing out pizza looked way better then anytime before I stopped going there. The new manager was spot on with his help an service I do hope he can keep it running like today's visit. Great job.

Perfection! We had everything go wrong with last night’s order but when we called to address it today, the manager on duty, O., was so kind to us and even replaced the order. He was very professional and followed through every step of the way. He went above and beyond and because of him, we will continue to be loyal, ongoing, year-round customers. Thank you!
Pizza Hut is using Door Dash in Apache Junction for deliveries. This is not conveyed until after you paid for the order online like I did. Driver cannot verify contents of the order as the Pizza Hut Employees seal the boxes before the driver picks up the order.Not a smart way of doing things. So my poor Door Dash Driver needs to go back to the store, pick up the rest of my order and make a 2nd trip. I already had tipped him 25%, so I hope Pizza Hut compensated him for the mistake they made.

You can no longer call the store you have to deal with a call center... If you ordered online they charge you again to make a change to the order and you have to pray that they didn't just make a complete new order. The telephone option 2 to CHANGE or get a status update just gives a status update before hanging up wasting 3 minutes to go through more prompts and calling again. It is a burden especially when you want to have a dipping sauce of mild since corporate won't add it to the website they say I have to call the store. Which you can no longer do it with out multiple steps. If you want wings just spend extra for wingstop no longer worth it for pizza hut. Get wings from wingstop pizza from little ceasers and at that rate you will have a better experiance and less hassle.

I ordered a pizza online and got a smaller pizza, not the one I ordered. The pizza was stone cold. On the receipt, it had the wrong name. The pizza i received had been ordered 2 hours before I ordered. I tried to contact Pizza Place and was connected to a woman that I had to repeat everything 5 times. 30 min later they called me back, saying they didn't have the address. Then the driver called and had the wrong address. Pizza was cold, never again will I order from them.

Service was bad. The guy who took my order didn't even write it down and when my food came he didn't even bring half of it so had to wait again for that part of my food. Was ridiculous.
