First time here, so I ordered the Teriyaki chicken with fried rice because if that's not good, then there's a good chance I won't like anything else. The fried rice was basically perfect. No criticism there. The chicken was cut very thin, so it wasn't very tender, but also not overcooked. The teriyaki sauce was too thin for my liking. I like the sauce thick enough to stick to the chicken, but everyone does it their own way..The flavor was good, though, which is what's important!I ate half of it there and then ate the other half the next day. the thin chicken cuts are not ideal for reheating, unfortunately. I still ate it, though.

Used to be our go to place almost weekly . Service used to be good with Hunter and the blond girl. Now all they have and old woman who is probably too old to be working oblivious to what’s going on. We decided to give it one more shot after previous bad experiences and ended up leaving with getting served. You need to open up your eyes and get proper staffing before you run your business into the ground.

We ordered Grubhub from them because I was craving duck. We ordered a duck noodle soup, duck moo shu, orange chicken, crab rangoons, and wings. The duck noodle soup was the very definition of 'meh'. It was just a basic noodle soup with overcooked veggies and tasteless pieces of bone-in duck. The duck mooshu was a little bit better but still not good. The meat was old, the skin had no crisp to it, and there were no vegetables included- just chopped pieces of duck and moo shu wrappers with an overly salty plum sauce. The wings were also meh. The crab rangoons, as per the rest, were meh as well. Not only that, they were soggy since they weren't placed in a parchment paper bag. The orange chicken was absolutely horrible. As another writer mentioned, it was more batter than chicken, with a gloopy sauce. All in all, we were extremely disappointed and will never order from here again. I was really hoping for something better, but honestly it all tasted like it had been sitting on a buffet all day under a heat lamp then thrown into styrofoam containers and sent to us.

This was my first time, and I will be coming back. Food was excellent quality with tons of flavor. This is a family owned establishment, and service was excellent. They are attentive, polite, and kind. If you haven't tried East Asian Bistro, I definitely recommend it.

We were there for Valentine’s Day to try a new place and because my husband saw they served Peking duck. We walked in and it was a little unclear if we were to seat ourselves or not. There was a sign to wait for a server, but it was pushed to the side so we just awkwardly stood at the door for a few minutes till someone gave us some attention. Didn’t seem like they were very busy, about 8 tables were occupied. There looked to be three servers, one knew how to hustle, one moved like a turtle, and one kept disappearing. It was 20 minutes before we put our order in and they told us the Peking duck would take 45 minutes. We decided to wait, and they brought us out a small plate of fried noodles to snack on. We also ordered a plate of their firecracker fried rice and added combos to each order. With our combo we had the wonton soup which was wonderful, as well as the typical eggroll, and rangoon. Our rice was brought out in a huge mound and was delicious. When our duck showed up I was underwhelmed. Even at first glance, it didn’t look right. They had overcooked it. It was so dry and tough. I’ve eaten beef jerky that was easier to chew. My husband was so disappointed, he really wanted this dinner to be special. We did like the sauce that was served with the duck, and it helped to eat it, but we really should have sent it back. We just didn’t want to wait any longer to eat. After we were done we had to wave down a server to get their attention. They didn’t wait on us beyond taking our order and receiving it. We even had to wave them down for utensils before we could eat after they gave us our food. We aren’t demanding people, but basic customer service is necessary. I don’t know that we will go back. There’s so many other Asian places in the area. They did seem to have a lot of takeout orders. Maybe that’s the way to do it. Minus the duck.

The food was really good. But there were only three cooks in the kitchen. Two women who did the waiting on the tables were very friendly and polite. We sat a long time before ordering. Food was good but you wait for it. Don't come here for a quick dinner. The restaurant was very clean and the men's bathroom was too. I needed a Knive but I had to get up myself to ask for one. This would be a great place if the service was better. The women tried their best, they just did not have enough people working.

This place is a must visit in the West Valley. Quite possibly the best Asian food I've had in years. Mongolian beef was amazing. Egg drop soup is a must.
