1 star because they need to fix outside fans and must spray for the workers. It’s getting to hot to stand outside holding a tablet with no heat or mist hitting the workers

04/08/2024 5 of us went to Raising Cane for the 1st time. There lots of parking and the location wasn’t that busy. We were there around. 2:30. The ordering was quick and the menu is not that large. The orders were ready quit quickly and all the good was hot.Now the chicken fingers were very good and we all thought that they were by far the best chicken fingers we have had. The fries were good and the bread with the order was a nice touch. One person order the larger meal and his included coleslaw. It was very good.The washrooms were very clean which for me is important.All in all a very good place to dine.Thanks ????Parking: As the restaurant wasn’t that busy neither was the parking lot.Personally if the parking lot was busy I suspect the dine in at the restaurant would be very busy.Kid-friendliness: The location is child friendly and well layed out.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access with no high curbs to navigate.

Cooks have no hairnets. Received my 40 dollar meal with a hair in my boyfriend’s food. Brought my issue to the people in the front, attitudes were thrown, and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience of opening my order and finding someone else’s hair in my dine in order to begin with.

My son’s dad parked in the very back of the parking lot for THREE minutes around 8am while I was about 7 minutes away so I could grab my son from him. I am not exaggerating when I say no more than FIVE minutes and Jake, the store manager, came outside to his vehicle and told him he needed to leave the parking lot because they don’t open until 9. My son’s dad proceeded to tell him I was about to be turning in and he will be gone well before that. I turned in the same time the police turned in, Jake turned around, went inside and called the police on him and had the police trespass us!! Then sat there taunting and smiling across the parking lot once the police arrived. Pictures attached of him smiling. Mind you, all this happening in front of my three year old.This was definitely a racially motivated incident because not even five minutes? And you’re calling the police on a black man for sitting in the car WITH HIS CHILD?THEN when I later called the store again to get the district managers number, Jake answered and hung up on me. So I called back, no answer. Jake proceeded to call the police AGAIN and say I was harassing them and called them three times. I called TWICE because the first time, he hung up in my face.
Absolutely awful service from jake…the manager I believe. He is immature and should not be working in the food service industry. I don’t understand why he has to be so confrontational but he immediately yelled at me because I asked for extra honey mustard.

My husband and I ordered a six piece chicken and got home and noticed we only had five pieces in each of our orders it was vary upsetting after paying 16.99 a meal.
