The drive thru always takes so long. Today was the worst. I waited 45 min to get a coffee. I was stuck around that corner and car in back of me otherwise I would of gotten out of the line.The wait times are the worst at this location.Why is the window person taking order and trying to give you your drinks and take your payment.They gotta find a better system there.Its ridiculous waiting in line for 45 min.I have been to other locations and they were really busy with like 10 cars in front of me and i was out of there in 15 min or less.

i would not recommend this starbucks too anyone i know, they take a very long time too take orders and too receive your order. It wasn’t very busy but it took me about 40 minutes too get one drink with about 4 or 5 people in front of me,then when i received my drink i asked for caramel around the cup there indeed was no caramel around the cup, they also didn’t even have whip so yeah just a lot of things on why i wouldn’t recommend this starbucks,if i could put 0 stars i definitely would.

**This Is Not A Quick Stop** I have never had the chance to go into the lobby since it's always closed. I keep thinking maybe the next time it'll be open to just walk in, but nope! Order ahead is shut-off on the app, so of course you get to wait in the drive-thru line for an unreasonably long time. I'm unsure how it's seemingly impossible to have it figured out at this 1 location yet. To the point it seems like maybe only 2 baristas are ever on shift. Today's stop took 26 minutes :(

This Starbucks closes lobby a lot and on app they don't allow you to order ahead a lot of the time also. Not sure if they are short staffed but it's ridiculous. The drive thru line is always long especially because of this. They need to hire more staff or fix whatever issues they have to run it properly.

Worst experience ever. Waited for mine and my husband‘s coffee for 20 minutes. We watched the staff(Hagen, Alexia) socialize, while our coffee sat on the counter. Drinks were poorly made. Our blended drinks were not mixed and very disappointing to drink. We requested a refund during the 20 minutes our coffee was sitting on the counter and was very rudely denied a refund. Terrible service, and poorly made coffee drinks.

This is the worst store I have been to. Everytime I order an espresso and a frap in the same order, I am always waiting for one. Why not make them at the same time? And the app says 10-13 min... I get 1 in that time and the other like 30 min later. They always have a line and turn off mobile order alot recently. Nobody acknowledges you when you walk in. Poor management. I have seen so much better efficiency from other stores.
