This is the worst store I have been to. Everytime I order an espresso and a frap in the same order, I am always waiting for one. Why not make them at the same time? And the app says 10-13 min... I get 1 in that time and the other like 30 min later. They always have a line and turn off mobile order alot recently. Nobody acknowledges you when you walk in. Poor management. I have seen so much better efficiency from other stores.
I love this Starbucks and love their iced matcha, but what is up with this Starbucks, It’s always closed inside and drive thru takes forever. I was waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru some days ago. Then yesterday and the day before we couldn’t go inside to order or order ahead??!! Does anyone know what’s going on? This Starbucks closes lobby a lot and on app they don't allow you to order ahead a lot of the time also. Not sure if they are short staffed but it's ridiculous. The drive thru line is always long especially because of this. They need to hire more staff or fix whatever issues they have to run it properly.
