Food was pretty good and the view was nice but the Service was absolutely terrible. I get that things can be busy, but We didn’t see our waitress once after she took our order. Someone else delivered our food, we were never asked about refills (it was hot in AZ today for a Minnesotan on vacation) and we ultimately had to ask 3-4 other people to get our bill. Chris, our waiter was fantastic! We placed an order for Sauvignon Blanc wine and when delivered to table it looked a bit yellow. The taste was that of a Chardonnay. When Chris was questioned he returned the glass of wine to the bartender and brought out the bottle of Sauvignon Blanc and a fresh glass and poured a taste. Yes, this is Sauvignon Blanc. Remembering a visit to the new Verrado development in 2008, we stopped by the Verrado Grille for breakfast on a driving trip from Colorado to Palm Springs. The food and service were delightful and the ambience perfect. We’ll be sure to go back if passing through again.
