“We are fairly new to the are. Moved to Laughlin less than two years ago. Someone recommended Shiver River as a good place for panini sandwiches so we decided to give them a try. I have been there twice now and my wife once but we love the place! They have the best sandwiches in the area and they also have great treats like shaved ice and ice cream too. Only wish they were open all year round.“

“I tried to get the staff to help me with suggestions because I didnt have my glasses and couldn't see the menu. Well I tried to ask for a menu that I could see but they couldn't find one anywhere. So I basically had to just wing it. I wanted a meatball sub but they don't make those. The portable Belle mushroom on the sub was good.“

“I'm a little conflicted about this restaurant. First, I want to say all the sandwiches we had were tasty. I think the sandwich bread is delicious. My sandwich was made exactly as I requested, although what I ordered wasn't too complicated.The trouble with the very delicious bread is its really skinny. I've never had a sub roll that skinny, but I'm sure it cuts their costs some. The meat wasn't a big pile like you imagine a sandwich would be. There were 2 slices. I added cheese which costs extra, and it was a skinny little slice, sized like the sub roll. Plenty of mayo and some chunks of tomato.I ordered the smallest size available, which is pretty tiny but just right for me. I think $6 seems like a lot for that little thing, but I guess everything is pricier nowadays.My friends feel the sandwiches are too expensive for their budget.“

“Absolutely the best Subway. We order via the app, this place ALWAYS gets it right. I live steps away from another location but happily drive a few extra miles to this one. I travel all over for work, seriously, this location knows how to do it right. Excellent product quality, phenomenal customer service. “Our experience was quite interesting. We went to get pastrami sandwiches... no pastrami as there was a problem with the delivery... okayit happens. Went back the next day. They had pastrami but no hamburger buns!!!The pastrami sandwich was good. The hamburger was good, just minus the bun???The lady at the drive-through was very nice on offering our puppy dog a piece of turkey. What an excellent treat - thank you ?“

“Decided to check out Famous Philly's for lunch after running errands. My husband and I both ordered the famous Philly with cheese, onions mushrooms peppers and mayo. Sandwich was definitely tasty! Service was excellent. We will definitely order again from Famous Philly's. Have to check out their different pastrami sandwiches and burgers and wraps.“

“The subs are fricken amazing here. We always get a turkey and provolone sub when we are in Laughlin. We tried the meatball sub and the salads everything is delicious. They slice the meats and cheese in front of you and the staff is awesome. They are always friendly and they make you want to go back again. The location is inside The Tropicana Casino so the ambiance is always good. Definitely will continue getting our lunch or dinner from port of subs.“
