We mentioned we were picking up a sandwich for our boat day tomorrow and she put all the wet ingredients in a separate container, the meat in another, and all the dressing on the side. A perfect build your own lunch that we didn't think of, but they did. Awesome customer service.“
“We grabbed a sandwich to take to our room, and Junior was busy (this boy needs a raise) he can multitask better than me and he is so friendly and pleasant .. Subway, needs to have Junior teach customers service. I’ve never done a review, but I’ve never been this impressed with such a hard working young man!! “Food here is good, especially the chili cheese dog, shrimp cocktail, ice cream, salads, clam chowder, and all the cakes and brownies ive eaten. Now about the service, I am on vacation. So its okay to be a bit slower than what it should be. It was excrutiatingly slow. Two helpers and a cashier. Cashier left to do something and came back only to stand at the doorway to watch the long line wait for minutes before deciding to go back to the register, while the other two looked confused doing something else. One helping a difficult customer and another confused where to find something. I really feel bad for the staff working here as they look like they are having a hard time. The girl in line behind me kept making insulting complaints and comments out loud but maybe not loud enough for the staff to hear. I love the food here, otherwise. Hence the 4 stars. I weigh food more than service because it doesnt bother me as much unless the staff insults me or has a bad attitude. The staffs here were simply having a hard time (possibly undertrained) with their job and trying to be courteous to impatient customers.“

“I've eaten here once so far, and no problems. I normally order a tuna sandwich whenever I eat at Subway, and by chance I ordered a footlong when she was down to enough to make a 6" one. As she pulled out a new fresh container of tuna salad to finish making the other half of my sandwich, she added another tiny little bit to the first half...I guess just to have some fresh tuna salad on that half as well. I didn't even have to ask for it, she was kind enough to do that on her own. Yay. Service here is fast & efficient. Three tables inside plus bar seating for 4 people was plenty room when I went. I will definitely be back again. PS. As other reviewer mentioned, if parking is tight, you can probably park across the street at the Belle, but you may wanna dart across Casino Dr instead of Needles Hwy, as this Subway is located on Casino Dr.“
“The subs are substantial and tasty; the Mac n cheese with tiny bits of jalapeño peppers is amazing!! Personally, I have to pick the jalapeños out, but it does leave an extra "oomph" to the Mac! It's quite delicious!!The staff are very nice too!! Will be going back soon!!The ambiance is almost like being in a beachside cafe! Very clean too!!I don't think you'll be disappointed!!“

“We are fairly new to the are. Moved to Laughlin less than two years ago. Someone recommended Shiver River as a good place for panini sandwiches so we decided to give them a try. I have been there twice now and my wife once but we love the place! They have the best sandwiches in the area and they also have great treats like shaved ice and ice cream too. Only wish they were open all year round.“
“Decided to check out Famous Philly's for lunch after running errands. My husband and I both ordered the famous Philly with cheese, onions mushrooms peppers and mayo. Sandwich was definitely tasty! Service was excellent. We will definitely order again from Famous Philly's. Have to check out their different pastrami sandwiches and burgers and wraps.“
“I tried to get the staff to help me with suggestions because I didnt have my glasses and couldn't see the menu. Well I tried to ask for a menu that I could see but they couldn't find one anywhere. So I basically had to just wing it. I wanted a meatball sub but they don't make those. The portable Belle mushroom on the sub was good.“
“The subs are fricken amazing here. We always get a turkey and provolone sub when we are in Laughlin. We tried the meatball sub and the salads everything is delicious. They slice the meats and cheese in front of you and the staff is awesome. They are always friendly and they make you want to go back again. The location is inside The Tropicana Casino so the ambiance is always good. Definitely will continue getting our lunch or dinner from port of subs.“
