I don't know if management or corporate is responsible for mandating that inside orders must be placed via the kiosk, but thanks, I hate it. I would voice my complaint via the survey you usually get on the receipt, but the kiosks don't print receipts.

I have always been pleased with the food and service until yesterday. While dining I overheard one employee talking to another employee. The manner in which this employee spoke to the other employee was very disrespectful and downgrading. I assume it was a manager speaking with one of his team member. Shame on him!! The way he spoke with her LOUDLY and humiliating her in front of other coworkers where everyone could hear was very unprofessional. Sir, you need management training. What is wrong with you and why are you holding your position with terrible communication empathy that you greatly lack. You had the poor woman in tears and I overheard you tell her to stop crying! Again shame on you! I wish I knew your name. All I know is you're the short guy with tattoos.Shame shame shame.

I don't like the new order machines for one we live in a senior community if they see you then yes sometimes they do try to help you but most time not and I don't believe that we should put in our order it's like we're doing the job but yet they're getting paid The extra money that they wanted to get and yet they cut back on the work that doesn't make sense either if they're making 15 plus an hour then they should be able to take our order and I notice once they put those machines in not that many people are there working there's two people in the back maybe three if you're lucky I'm just saying but I won't be back I don't think I should have to put my order in and pay the high prices

I jokingly requested a tostada as i was ordering a mexican pizza and Christian actually made me one …nearly brought me to tears. lol As a taco bell girly, THANK YOU!
They are going more digital, as in no more talking to a person to give them your order you walk up to a kiosk. I think that's unfortunate, and it takes away from your experience. Today's society respectful social skills are dwindling hard core, and I think going even more impersonal is the wrong way forward.

I love everything about Taco Bell but one thing I do miss as a kid I remember going to Taco Bell and they used to have a fire pit outside this was back in the 1970s they should
This place used to be pretty decent. But now it's just blah, I do not necessarily have anything negative to say. I'm kind of in the middle as "it's all right*, lol. But like most major chains. You kind of know what your going to get, lol.

I went through the drive thru. My order for 4 items came to 24 dollars. I think they are way over priced.I did get the senior discount though. I didn't even know they had one. The young man that took my money offered it to me. Kinda made me feel old. Lol It saved me a couple dollars though. Thanks kiddo!
