“They are going more digital, as in no more talking to a person to give them your order you walk up to a kiosk. I think that's unfortunate, and it takes away from your experience. Today's society respectful social skills are dwindling hard core, and I think going even more impersonal is the wrong way forward.“
“The food is delicious, but their app is horrible, almost never works right. I'vedeleted it from my phone and re-added it and it still doesn't work right. I place my order on the app and get to Taco Bell and they don't know what I'm talking about. Yet, my money is taken out of my account. It's embarrassing and makes me look like. I'm trying to scam them. I've emailed their technical support, with no luck.“
