Only order chicken because plates don’t come with Togo order even if you request on app. Manger says the do not give plates on Togo orders anymore. Good luck keeping your new restaurant open with that kind of service. How do we eat in hotel room or away from home. I will get at grocery store next time so I can buy

Buyer beware. Do not go to this kfc. If you order online they will tell you the order has been picked up and they're sorry there's nothing they can do about it and refused to remake your food. This is absolutely crazy. I paid...showed up 8 minutes later and they told em sorry. No we can't do anything about it but you can request a refund if you want in the app. Like no.They asked me if it was doordash and I said no I watched it get ordered in the left the house and once they knew that they decided that they would "remake it". They had no one in there and no one in the drive thru. They never made it and intended to rip off the door dash driver and tell them to request a refund.Update : Oh it's been almost an hour since I ordered and my kfc app still shows my order is ready to be picked up and hasn't been picked up yet. It has sent me multiple reminders.Seems like a bunch of liars and thieves work at this kfc.

Every time I go there I get my order all wrong. This time the chicken was horrible, it tasted old and was very dry. Will never go back to KFC in Casa Grande ?

I ordered an 8pc meal in store and had to wait about 15 minutes. There we other customers that also ordered. The employee came to the counter to explain to them that one of the items wasn't available. A little while later, he came back and called out 8pc, so I took the took the order and left. I live about 40 minutes away. I got home and opened the order, and it was the wrong order. It was more food than I had ordered. It must have been the other customers. I tried calling, but no one answered.I feel bad, but I wasn't going to drive back. By then, the other people would be gone also. I will now check my orders before I leave the restaurant.Parking: They're building a new store next door to the existing one, which is good. The old one is dingy and needs a lot of love.

Today was third recent try at this KFC’s chicken pot pies. (Which we loved in Oregon). The pie with drink for two is $20. There was zero chicken in the pies again today. First time awhile back figured just a miss…second time manager looked over, agreed no chicken and remade new ones next day that were great, third try today, again no chicken!! Disappointing and unfulfilling meal. Tried the Maricopa store a month ago, delicious and filled with chicken! What’s going on at this location!!
